Cottage is a pretty, traditional stone and slate built guest house
set in Bowness on Windermere the heart of the English Lake District.
All our guest
rooms are en-suite and some have views over the village and surrounding
fells and Lake Windermere is only 200 yards away and pets are
welcome.
This comfortable, friendly family run guest house is the ideal
base from which to explore some of the Lake Districts finest scenery,
made famous by such people as Wordsworth and Coleridge. Cruise
and enjoy the facilities that Lake Windermere, which is on our
doorstep, has to offer.
To create a relaxed and stress free atmosphere our guests are
mainly couples only. We do not accept groups or parties and just
a few children. All our rooms are either double or four poster
rooms solely for non smokers, they come with a fridge, TV, Video,
CD player, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, tea and coffee making
facilities.
